I was told pay your 1st months membership and last months at the time I signed up. Im canceling and was told to do it 10 days prior to my bill cycle. Misleading? Maybe in your promo ad you inform us consumers that it takes your billing company 10 days to stop payment...which cuts my days to only …

Great mix of older and younger, fit and less fit folks! In the middle of the day it's easy to snag a treadmill. The kids club is a great deal and the staff is great. Really 24-hour, the "mini" half size mats to stretch on? Are you guys really hurting that bad? Why not just order twice as many mats? I can't imagine they would break the bank. I can't wait for another gym to open close by. Sadly, you guys will probably lose a lot of business because of silly mistakes like this one.

Do not waste your time with this gym!!! No matter what time you come to work out it is always crowded. Lines to use benches, treadmills are always swamped, and forget about a squat rack. 24 hour should really refund my account because this gym is unusable from 7am-noon, and 4pm-9pm 7 days a week.
