If you work or go to school at anschutz medical campus there is no possible better location. The apartments are beautiful with wood floors and really high ceilings. Maintenance responds quickly and staff is always friendly. There is a resturant, bar, liquor store, pharmacy, and bank in the community. The apartments are really gorgeous, wood floors and high ceilings. The staff are always friendly and avaliable. This is a very dog friendly complex, people really clean up after their pets well too! My husband and I have lived here since they opened - so we like it here and we're too lazy to move :) A big con of staying here that long is going through all the property owner and management changes. With each new owner we've had to deal with policy and price changes. I think the newest owner will be here for a while so that shouldn't be a problem for new residents. A pro and con is the...
