Great selection of equipment. The facilities are very clean too. The staff is attentive and responsive to concerns.

This is a pretty nice health club in the Denver capitol hill area. Unfortunately, the hours do not meet the needs of many modern busy people. They close at 7:30pm M-F, and are only open 8-1 on Saturday (closed Sunday). For busy professionals used to STARTING their workouts later than 7:30pm, that could be tricky!

However, they have a great membership plan -- $40 initiation fee, and then $40 month to month after that.

Truly a find! With free weight, weight machines, classes such as bootcamp, yoga, spinning and kickboxing, personal trainers to muscle energy therapists...It's up to you! I can not believe all of these amenities are under one roof. Are you as committed as the staff at the 17th and Grant Athletic Club? Come find out.
