Great Fitness Club

I work odd shifts, for me a must in a good fitness center is being open 24 hours. I've been working out here for nearly a year - I love being able to pop in for a 30 minute workout when I can squeeze it into my busy schedule.

Great staff here, very energetic.

Open 24 hours, personalized service, diet and fitness plans - I love that 123 Fit is the total package. I received one-on-one orientation sessions with a coach (trainer) that really helped me get focused and they help me stay one track.

I've lost 29 lbs. in 5-6 months. Even more amazing than the weight I've lost is how much energy I have now. I was never a huge fan of working out, but after being with 123 Fit - I have to admit, my day isn't the same if I skip a workout.

I'm so happy I signed up! I highly recommend 123 Fit - best fitness center in Sacramento!

I really liked working with 123 Fit Sacramento, I first came into touch with Thomas and His team when I approached them about offering them legal insurance as an employee benefit. I started working with them and right away I recognized some benefits of using them over other gyms. They have a large focus on weight loss and overall health. They utilize some top notch personal trainers that really connect and focus on helping you reach your goals. The Russian Kettle Bells are a great. They are great for you and get you ripped but its a hell of a workout. I also really liked the custom diet...
