I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I'm still waiting for the solution. The personnel at the higher positions turn a blind eye and don't solve the problems.

The only plus about 100 midtown is the location right next to GaTech and space you get relative to on-campus housing at Tech. Outside of that, management is poor and currently dealing with financial troubles that make it challenging for maintenance requests to be completed in a timely fashion. I recommend moving to 100 midtown only as a last resort if location is a big factor. Other than that...

hey can u please tell me if utilities included in the monthly rent? and do we have to pay monthly parking fees to? do u guys help us find roommates? do u have to go to a certain university/college to lease?
