I have been resident at 10 Perimeter since 2013 and decided to renew my lease. The location is perfect, right off 285. The leasing staff are always available and helpful. I have had no major problems here. I highly recommend 10 perimeter.... You won't be disappointed.

I am not a current resident, but I've lived at 10 Perimeter 2008-2010 and my boyfriend moved to 10 Perimeter in 2013. I moved to 10 Perimeter back when they had their grand opening and was pleased. First of all the apartments themselves are very nice. They are very spacious and very economical for the area. I didn't have any problems with the neighbors or the maintenance staff. They were very fast in completing tasks that were assigned. Parking was ok if you get home early. The gym is mediocre at best, none of the tvs worked on the equipment.
