Country Life has been bouncing- they closed the downtown restaurant, moved to East Chattanooga, then apparently moved downtown again. The original restaurant on Market St seemed to be perpetually closed with a tiny 3 hour lunchtime window to dine, and I was never able to make it there. This lunch coutner is ok for vegetarian. Serivce is ok as well. This is serve yourself beffet type. if you want outstanding vegetarian, go to Sluggo's Gafe.

It was very good. I was pleased by the choices. One of a few places where I can eat healthy. Had a Bacon Burger which was their homemade burger and bacon strips came with Corn chips for 3.99.
