The staff is really friendly and genuinely caring. I am extremely comfortable leaving my dog in their care, and I can tell my dog is too as he never panics when we go. Dr. Hipke is fantastic, she's helping to ensure my dog meets the requirements of moving to Hawaii without being quarantined, I felt like she went the extra mile a couple of times to make sure we were all set.

Our old vet closed down so was looking for a new place to take a our new puppy. Was able to show up on a Saturday near closing time with no wait. Staff was very helpful and vet was great, answering all the puppy questions we had. As we really liked our old vet and was bummed when they closed, we were very pleased to find what appears to be a great replacement.

This vet is great! You are greeted with a smile and a doggie treat! Dr. pilgrim is so kind and really cares about your pet. she takes time to explain everything and she even goes over the price so your not shocked at the end of the visit. I just don't get warm fuzzies here. We've been dog owners for 30 years in 5 cities, so I have bonded with quite a few vets / techs.
