Gave the cashier (Op#7972)a coupon ($1.50), she didn't even apply it, I seen her set it down. I don't know why she didn't apply it when I gave it to her.
Secondly tried calling to speak with Manger waited 25 minutes, nobody came back to phone to see who I was holding for or if I had been helped, no hold music or rollback advertisement just complete silence.

Called the Salon and they said they were open until 9. I showed up, there was one person in the chair and she said she wasn't taking anymore appointments even though there was an hour left and we had called 3 minutes prior. One of the worst experiences ever.
