Visited this property and was pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism I experienced. Paula was very knowledgeable about the property and helpful in answering all my questions. No decision yet on where to move but Villages is in the top 3.

If I could give this 0 stars I would! I've lived here for 2 years and this place is the worst. Anytime there is an issue with the apartment the office says maintenance will come fix it and they never Do! I have black mold and a hole in my laundry area because of a water leak that has been there for 2 years that they never fixed. Our sink and dishwasher leaks so there is water damage there...

Mice, cockroaches, psocids, mold, you name it the dump has it! Cheap, big apartments but the overall conditions are hazardous.

First off, the ones who say on these reviews that the staff is nice are full of shit because they are the ones that work in the office and they suck, avoid apartment 103 on luna st. It has major plumbing issues on the bathroom. We moved in on feb and since day one the toilet and bath tub were leaking all that nasty sewer water, they dont want to repair the sewer pipe and the previous owner had...
