Very underwhelming. The chicken cheesesteak was of the worst I've had, ever. No seasoning and bland cheese on a mushy sub roll. The service was horrible. I went during the lunch rush and after standing ignored in the entrance for over 20 minutes, I eventually went out to my car to call in my order (this was the closest place to my job and I was starving.) I'm not impressed & I won't be back to...

Cheese galore!. My cheese steak was not simply covered in cheese. It was thoroughly mixed in with all the meat and every bite was filled with cheesy goodness. It was one of the cheesiest cheese steaks I've ever had and it was delicious! Next time I'll have jalapenos added and it will be perfect. I'll be back.

Club O FANTASTIC!. This will be short and to the point. Rick's Cheese Steak Shop now makes HANDS DOWN the BEST Club Sandwich in Hampton Roads. Everything was PERFECT. Look at my photos above. I couldnt even finish it. AWESOME! Way to go Ricks! OFF THE CHAIN IN FLAVORTOWN! This is going straight to #1 on my "Clubin Guide"!

When I moved apartments I rented a Uhaul here and they are by far the best deal i found in town. They have great prices on rental trucks and their trucks fit a lot of stuff so I was able to get everythign in there in two trips, so they saved me a lot of time and hassel.
