Reserved a trailer one month ago, got a confirmation number, had our vehicle checked out by Uhaul to make sure it can tow. Now, two days before our reservation, Uhaul calls and says there is not a trailer available for us. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

We rented a trailer from this location. Auberic, an employee, had come in on his day off to assist customers because the location was very busy. I just meant to stop in quickly to get a few boxes. Like literally 5 boxes. Instead, I was in line behind just one customer for close to 15 minutes, while they argued about price. Only one guy was working. Not the best time ever, when I was on my way to an appointment and was late because of an interaction that should have taken under five minutes.
