Help us make it rightJust a terrible experience. I gave them a try because I was desperate and thought they may have improved since these reviews are old. Everything is still true, it's an ""anything goes"" atmosphere, we received lots of incident reports of biting, hitting, kicking, scratching (initiated by my child or another) but not much explanation as to how it happened, or WHO WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR WATCHING THEM...? When I asked if my child was the problem they said no and pointed out some children who went home with multiple incident reports every single day.... Yet nothing is done to solve the problem....
I am very happy with the care my child receives at Tutor Time. Everyone has shown great interest in her, including the director, the receptionists and the teachers - (Ms. Patti, Rebecca, Ellie, Pam, Tori and Lori). They are awesome! I like the weekly reports to let me know what my child is learning, how much she is eating and how often she takes a nap. She loves going to school each day and she really loves her teachers! I feel good about the care she receives at Tutor Time and I would highly recommend the school to others. Thanks to everyone for caring about my child. KH
The Director of this school knows her families and honestly cares for their well being. She was wonderful during our classroom transition from infant to toddler. She took the time to ensure that I knew that my child was ready and encouraged me to visit. My daughter is all about her mom and is extremely hesitant to leave my side, even for other family members. She is like a little adult when we get to her classroom at Tutor Time and doesn't even flinch when I leave. She is ready to join the other children. My company recently relocated and I dreaded the thought of finding a new daycare but...
I've been in the toddler classes and all the kids thier love it. They all have smiles on their faces. The teachers play games and sing songs. I didn't notice any bad behavior from the teachers. If the kids are mean to one another the 2 kids have to hug each other and say sorry. The teachers seem to truley care about the kids. I would definatly recommend this daycare as far as the toddler classes are concerned.
Pros
+ they go outside alot
Cons
- a little pricey
Where do I begin? I brought my infant there when he was 11 weeks old. They seemed nice but didnt seem to overly care about him. There are so many infants in one room it is hard to even keep track. He has been sick since day one and I find it hard to believe that they truly are as clean as they need to be. They told me they did things then i would catch them not doing them. I would report it to the director and things would change for a week then back to normal. I know infants are going to get sick but i truly felt that they were not as clean as they need to be. I dont think they cared about...
