TruFit is a very personal experience. Every aspect of their program, whether it be food, cardio, or strength training, i...s custom built to your specific needs/goals. The trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Their also very affordable. I have already noticed a vast change! The program they set you up with is a very easy one to stick to. Basically awesome!
