Probably the best experience I've had in buying a car. Noel, the salesman, was very knowledgeable about the car ,a pleasure to work with, no high pressure whatsoever, listened to our our needs, and was very patient with our indecisiveness.
The only reason I didn't give them a 5-star rating was the lowball offer on my trade in. it was about half of the Kelley Blue Book value.

Took my car to get an oil change .. find out a few days later.. the technician forgot to put coolant in my car. Drive back up to the dealer just to find out oh now there is leakage � all of sudden.
