Quite, beautiful ( four beautiful fountain ponds with plenty of ducks), well maintained adult complex( all one bedrooms). Friendly staff. You would think 500sqft seen small but it's quite comfortable for a single person. I'm able to accommodate all my essentials furnishings without feeling like I had to sacrifice or feel crapped. Great place so far

Well, today is Thursday, June 20,2013. I am now in the apartment and have been since the first of June. My front window is still broken, I can't use the patio because I still cannot open the sliding doors, and my kitchen sinks still leaks. I just arrived home from the apartment complex. I went to speak with Diane, the office manager. I told her that I wanted to see apartment 704 because I was told that it needed work, carpet replaced and walls needed painting. Today she told me that it was infested with fleas. I went to Tivoli Apartments on Wednesday, April 24,2013 to look at an apartment that was listed on Craigslist. The ad stated it was a 1 bedroom and 1 bath for $550 per month water included.
