Staff was friendly. They told me it was going to take 2 hours in install my tires because of the size of my tires. I didn't know why since I only purchase the stock size tires for an F-150. I was OK with the wait because a I had time to spare and was in no rush. After was all said and done, the tire installation only took an hour.
