I took my car in for the tires to be balanced and rotated. The tires in the back are noticably more worn than the ones in the front. I dropped it off in the morning and came back at lunch to check on the status since they had not called to say it was done. They couldn't find the keys to my car for about 10 minutes and then came back and said they hadn't done the rotation and balance yet. ...
