I totally enjoyed my private yoga session with heather. she used aromatherapy and it was so relaxing. it was my first yoga aromatherapy experience and I highly recomend heather and her sessions!

Heather's Time to Unwind Yoga and Massage is located at the Renaissance Healing Center in Jacksonville Beach, FL. Heather is a wonderful yoga instructor, teaching "gentle" Kripalu yoga, and also offering massage therapy. She's an outstanding massage therapist. I've been a student and client for almost three years now, and I'm exceedingly happy with her practice. I've recommended her to friends...

This place is a great if you are looking for a relaxing yoga place in the area. With great teachers and good classes even for beginners. I recommend trying this place out.
