I've been here three times. Each time, I've been expecting something like the DMV but gotten something more like Quik Trip. That's cost and length of time spent. Maybe I'm measuring the experience against the USPS but it's just been a surprise. The staff has always been helpful and I've always gotten in and out really quickly. Well done UPS!
