I found the first review ( 2/19) to be spot on, the girls working there were unpleasant and were not helpful at all. We felt as if we were bothering them for their help with our order. Not sure if there is another place that offers the same type of service in st. Joe but will be willing to drive to kc / Smithville for better customer service.

I have used the Mark-it several times for our organization and they have been very helpful and get our orders together quickly each time. I needed help designing one of our shirts, and they were patient and ended up with just the right thing. They even keep some of the transfers on hand so if one of our members wants to stop in and pick up a shirt, they can make it for them same-day. The...

The Mark-It is an old business within the St. Joseph area that has been bought and sold numerous times and with that, has lost its charm and class. My company DID business with this business and time after time, received TERRIBLE customer service with RUDE and SNARKY employees.
