I been staying in Regency Pointe Apartments about two years now and Im having a problem with my hot water heater. I contact the manager about the problem numerous times, she sent the maintenance guy he so called fix the problem but I'm still having problems with it and the guy stopped by five times already I asked her why she just cant call the outside company who installed the heater. Our apartment was charging us $25 for a "lost" parking decal. Our car was totaled in an accident and the guy in the office wouldn't listen to us about the accident and still wanted to charge us. I contacted Cornerstone and received a message back and they helped us get the fee waived. They were polite and respectful.
