Not too bad. The fajita quesadillas are okay but the tortillas taste store bought. I'm glad they sell tripas but they should be cleaned out some more to remove the slightly gritty taste.

New Digs, Same Great Food. TG has reopened! It was closed for about the last year and the space leased to another restaurant. However, after a fire, the original owners remodeled and reopened TG again. The tacos al pastor or carne asada are still as awesome as ever. The Texas Plate also shines with two gooey cheesy enchiladas and a carne guisada taco. Also grab some sweet bread from their bakery.
