The presentation of the food is outstanding. Every dish displayed different from each other and equally beautiful. The combination are unique and very tasty. The decore is fun and service is excellent.

As a sushi enthusiast who spent several months in Utah for business, I was excited to try out the sushi scene. I tried about 6 different places and Takashi was by far my favorite. Some of the best sushi I have ever eaten! I'm hoping I have the opportunity to visit Salt Lake again, just to eat Takashi sushi again!

Stopping here for lunch, Takashi was a wonderful surprise. The sushi was extremely fresh and well made. The atmosphere is also quite quaint. Would recommend their specials.
