Questions for you...

Did you contact the bank about the stolen card? Or did you just stop using the account? If you had contacted the bank they could have helped you by stopping the card from being used. Were any of the items that posted causing the overdraft, items charged after the card was stolen? If so, you should have contacted the bank to start a fraud investigation on those charges. Just ignoring a problem...

I have two accounts with suntrust. One was negative $-209.73 because i stopped using it after my card got stolen. The other was fine. Suntrust transfered the 209.73 from one account to the other without my knowledge and because of this caused the account that was negative to go to a zero (0) balance and the other account to $-650.00.
