I have to say, the Manager of this location has definate anger issues. Does anyone in the Corporate Office not notice the turn over rate in this store? Well if you do then you should know it's because the jerk you have in charge talks to employees and customers like they are DOGS!
He seems to have a firm connection with Lisa in HR because I personally have made complaints against him and NO ONE will do anything about it! He actually told a customer to "take his black a** back to the other side of town" because the customer was fussing about how long his service was taking....
He tells employees they have the day off and when they take it and make plans, he calls them and tells them if they don't get their a** in there they are fired. God forbid you get sick, he made one kid get out of bed with food poisoning and come to the shop so he could see he was sick! and made him bring a doctors note after missing one day. Totally against the law! You have to miss 3 days of work before you can be demanded to bring a Dr.'s note or lose your job.
When I called to get the Corporate number he told me he didn't have time for my sh** and hung up on me!
Several people from the Orange Park Kennel Club personally made complaints about how rude he is but it falls on deaf ears because you have to talk to Lisa and she isn't letting it get any further than her desk.
Well Sun Tire, good luck with this j@!%!*s because the longer he stays in charge, the longer this store is going to be on a downhill slide!

His attitude left me feeling more like a source of money than a 15 year satisfied customer for all tire, alignment and mechanical needs.

Shiesty company, just shiesty! Paid 480 to get car fixed. Drove it the next day and almost stalled on I-295. Called them and they said they test drove it and it was fine. How is it fine when it's doing the same thing except almost getting me killed? Don't be fooled by the military discount, they will rip you off and laugh about it. They don't care if you're a veteran or not. Horrendous company...

I went here for a road force balance. They seemed pretty busy, but got me in and out in under an hour. Staff was friendly and fair prices as well. I would definitely reccommend this shop.
