I hadnt been to a dentist for 12 yrs after the HIV scare came out. I then went to Dr. A ( thats what I call him) & have been going since. His staff is awesome & so friendly. There have been several occasions via a lost filling or tooth breakage where they have taken me in that same day within hours to fix my issue. They call in advance to let u know what charges & balances will be owed if...
The dentist and staff were great. I don;t like their billing practices. They over charge and then kee the remainder of the balance overpaid. They also do not tell you that you have a refund waiting, you have to ask.
