I went to Costco to get more of an Italian red wine I liked very much. They were sold out. I found a manager, Darrell Springer. He looked it up and said 60 more bottles were coming in the following week. I told him I would be out of town. He said he would hold a case for me in the office. I picked it up when I returned. Great service. The wine is very good.
