Waited over 20 minutes for a coffee. Pathetic. I will not come back to this location. Bad service and not busy!!!

This had been a reliable coffee shop, neighborhood gathering place, in the past. New management doesn't seem to working out well. Orders placed by phone app are frequently incomplete, or not done at all. The staff seems less engaged. Hope they get it together soon....

I admit, I am a true coffee addict! Two cups a day. I love the rewards program, it is a huge incentive to stop here daily. This Starbucks is on my commute to work so I am always tempted to stop....
