Fantastic job, Josh and Joey! The appt process was quick and easy. The guys was very professional, came on time, and moved swiftly. The carpets look awesome! They are a bit pricey, but most carpet cleaners are. I would for sure use them again!

If you are going to give a customer a three hour window, then you need to have the professionalism to keep your promise and show up within those three hours.Stanley Steamer in Sacramento does not keep their promises.Or, at the very least, call your customer to let them know you are running late so the customer does not have to be held prisoner in their own home.

I've used Stanley Steemer for years but the last time I was concerned about the quality of the young men who came into my home. They seemed to do a good job but made me a little nervous. For lack of a better description, they looked "ghetto" to me. No problems arose, I was just uncomfortable.
