James Connor is a wonderful man and a fabulous doctor however I have never experienced the staff to be friendly on the phone or at the front desk. The nurses have been wonderful too. But again I would never recommend this doctors office to anybody!! There is no excuse for rude service. Office staff supports each other when dealing with patients so badly. If you are busy then hire more help....
