Really amazing value for the area, 5 mins from the beach, 10 from town center. Only apt on this side of jax that fit my budget. Quiet neighborhood, moved in 5 months ago and had zero issues with neghibors, other than the occasional sat night loud speaker guy. Every apt complex has that guy. Nbd. Spinnaker Reach is about a 15 minute drive from Jacksonville beach. Also, the nearest hospital is about 2 minutes away. Pricing is very reasonable. They recently re-paved the roads and the community is beautiful and uniform. Very nice office staff.
