Dr. Cooper is a patient advocate. He is interested in what is best for the patient and not just there to perform surgery unless it is absolutely necessary. He is easy to talk to and I have much confidence in his opinions. He explains things very well and gives the patient the opportunity to make decisions regarding their plan of care. Dude nailed my problem right off the bat, but I didn't want to follow his advice. A year later and I'm back with the same problem. This time I allowed him to slice and dice like a gourmet chef. So far all good.
Would not recommend. I left velocity care Monday at 11:00 am. They told me to see hand spe cialist. I called as soon as I got home. Its Wednesday 3:20 and no one has called to schedule appointment. Glad I wasn't dying. Would not recommend.
This physician simply does not care about patients as several of his other reviews state. He spent less than a minute in the room with me every visit and only touched my wrist once. Didn't care that it was hurting so badly I couldn't sleep. Just said come back in a month if it's still hurting. No injections, no advise, no treatment. A shame he works for such a good medical group.
