My boyfriend and I have applied for an apartment in this community. The location and amenities are wonderful. Staff was always very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this place to all.

I live here and have thoroughly enjoyed it. During the recent evacuation the management did an amazing job keeping us informed as to what was going on with hurricane Mathew. Excellent!!�

I lived there for about a year while my home was being redone. The apartments are old although they tried to turn them into condos about 6 years ago and they built out approximately 4 high end units to sell and were unable to do so they turned the buildings back into apartments. Office staff is not very friendly, but it depends what day u go. The biggest drawback is that they have no porches,...
