Agree with the other reviews. They won't give out prices, etc. over the phone, and the clerk did state that it was store policy. I've heard of businesses where rates are based on haggling / negotiation doing that, but a smoke shop? Methinks they should cut back on the wacky tobaccy if there's that level of paranoia.
