We had them come and fix a valve on our water heater. Even though they promised a discount for being previous customers (we bought our AC from them) on the phone, they didn't. I could not ask for better service for a fair price. So much better than their competitor radiant. Eric Meza and Mike Martin are the only plumber and ac service men I would have work on my house in the future.

Had a new water heater put in today. Jeff ran into a problem becuse of old heat pump lines from the water heater to the heat pump, unit outside. Had an A/C guy come look at it, (dont remember his name) he didnt have the right fittings, so Dale, the plumbing supervisor came out along with Eric the "super plumber". Fixed it lickety split! It was easy to give Strand Brothers Service a five star rating. They just completed replacing our 13 year old AC/Furnace with a new unit. Pricing was competitive and they handled everything associated with getting energy rebates from Austin utilities and the gas company ($1786) plus rebates from Lennox. The installation crews were very professional and took care of several minor problems they discovered that were not part of original purchase price (no charge). I had a GREAT experience with Strand Brothers! A pipe broke in my yard the day after Thanksgiving, and Eric Lynch was here quickly to make the repairs. He was extremely courteous and friendly, and I would RECOMMEND this company!
