My family and I have lived in a Sentry managed condo for several years now and have been extremely satisfied with virtually every aspect of the experience. Due to a family emergency I needed to quickly fly back to be with my brother after he was hurt in a motorcycle accident. That morning as I was racing around getting ready, my wife discovered that one of the front windows into our baby’s room was warped and could not be closed sufficiently to lock. Having no time, my wife stated she would take care of it. She immediately called out Sentry Community Manager and explained the situation. I still cannot believe it, but not only did the repairman show up (after calling) but our Manager showed up as well. He discussed some warped siding from a faulty gutter, which could be fixed at a later date, but immediately fixed the window to ensure it could be locked. When my wife called me (before I had even boarded the plane, that the problem was fixed, I was astounded). I attended our next HOA meeting, told the story, and our Community Manager (who was hugely embarrassed) received a standing ovation. Many residents then went on to tell similar stories of the incredible service and follow-through we have received from Sentry. I very humbly thank everyone at Sentry Management, especially our Manager.
The communication from our Sentry Community Manager is amazing. All members of our community are kept informed and up-to-date on the current status of projects, vendor contracts, seeking our opinions/concerns, and letting us know what is planned for the future. I have lived in managed communities before and never have I experienced this level of service. I truly am amazed.
