I practically grew up with Sears Heating & Cooling. For generations in my family, we have all used them. The technicians were highly knowledgeable and efficient. I was very satisfied! I always have them come out and service our air conditioning units. They change our filters, etc. I would definitely recommend them--and always do.

Wally was the technician for this years tune up and he did a great job. Very polite, called when he was on his way and showed up on time. Great customer service As we were talking about air filters , he brought me up to date on the new IWave that was now available and left a brochure where I could read about it . Will most likely be calling them back to install one.

Jared did a fine job on the furnace maintenance.

It was time again for the maintenance check-up on my furnace under my service contract. Jared did the check-up this year and last year. He always does a fine job and makes sure that my furnace is ready for winter . I know that my house will be warm and comfortable. When I do business with Sears Heating, I know I'm not going to have to worry about any heating problems in my home this winter!
