While the service was excellent, it is very frustrating to sit at home by the phone waiting from 8-5. I gave a cell # for them to call but he used my home number so couldn't even work outside. It would be so helpful if you could narrow down your appointment times to at least morning or afternoon. That way the whole day is not wasted. Pleased with the young man that repaired my washer and it seems that it was repaired properly. My only complaint is Sears' policy of having to give up an entire day for the repair. I feel there should a way to commit to an 8-12 or a 12-5 appointment time.
