The people there just seem like they don't know what the heck they are you doing. I called this morning to ask a question and they wanted to get me off the phone so fast did not want to ask if I wanted to make an appointment or anything. Today I took my Bruiser Boy in for an ongoing battle with allergies....I was so impressed by Dr. O'Keefe and the quality of care and time he gave us even on this very busy Saturday! Not only was he terrific but the other staff are amazing as well. You can definitely feel the love they have for animals there! ❤

Brought a dog in that I found walking down the middle of the road, on my way to work, to drop off for them to have the Humane Society pick up. They told me to put the dog back in the middle of the road where I found it or drop it off at the Humane Society myself they were not in the rescue business street
