I bought two TVs from San Jose TV.
A couple of times I have "messed up" my controls and get no picture. A quick call to Johnny or Bryan solved my problem. Over the phone, they told me how to restore my service. They could have told me I needed a service call, but they were happy to help at no charge. Betty Meers

Brian and the crew at San Jose TV are the essence of the "Customer is #1" attitude. They went above and beyond in making sure we had the right product and were completely satisfied.While you might pay a few dollars more for a Sony big screen than at the "box stores," it will more than pay for itself with San Jose TV's incredible service.
