I called last night and got the service. Our sewer drain was backed up and any effluent waste water going through the lines were ending up on the basement floor (cement) with you don't want to know what included.

Bright and early this morning, I received a call from Roto Rooter inquiring about our needs. I explained the situation and was informed that someone would be out between 9 and 11 am. at 8:30 am, I received another phone call asking if it was ok to send a driver out now. Sure.

I called Roto-Rooter to clear a clogged sewer drain under the toilet. Rich was the name of the guy they sent. When Rich came to the door, he was especially dirty, sweaty and smelly. I've had several plumbers over for work over the years, and haven't seen anyone that dirty. For the most part, Rich also had an attitude that conveyed he didn't want to be here and that he had something against me personally from the moment he got out of his truck.
