This company was very responsive and timely. Junior responded to our call and was veey professional, knowledgeable and clearly explained the issue. He resolved it timely. Junior is an excellent technician. They were at my home within one hour of the initial call.

Water heater broke during the evening. Only 6 years old. Water was leaking out the bottom and into the carpet. Roto-rooter send a plumber named Junior out to the house within the hour. Junior got the leaking stopped and and new water heater installed quickly and at a reasonable price. Very satisfied with the service.\r\nJunior the plumber from Raleigh: 8820 Midway West Road

I called Roto-Rooter last night and set up an appointment for Friday morning.Loved the excellent service render by Mr. Robert. He arrived on time.
