Sorry Service is a understatement.

Draingo is Pathetic.They attempted to repair some leaking faucets. When they finished the faucets were worst.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I would rate them as a zero also if I could have.

Very poor customer service

my home warranty co recommended this company for a problem I was having with my toilet. The first time they came out in a timely manner and unstopped my toilet but the I started to have another issue with the same toilet after it was supposed to be fixed. I called to reschedule and they person answer the phone was rude and very short with me once she found out it was a re-call. I waited 5 hours on the plumber who never showed up. Once they find out that they are not gonna make any more money for a recall they become very rude, make you wait all day and don't show up. I would not recommend this company!!!!

Rating is 1 as there is no zero or negative rating. These guys are farce and just looters. I called them and they made a bill of $1000 and the leak is still there.
