Sofa seat cushions loose their stability. This is a known defect to them and they do not care. It starts to loose it's firmnes after a year! When you spend almost $3,000 on a living room set it should last at least five years.

I am very disappointed with this store. The store manager, Robin, is very disrespectful. They basically delivered damaged products and would not accept a return. Very shade people, specially that manager, Robin. She is a real piece of work.

If you value your money, your time, and your sanity, DO NOT buy anything from Rooms To Go. We purchased a $1500 dining room set and have gone through 3 tables. Every table has been damaged. It has been an absolute nightmare. Delivery guys are rude and actually accused us of breaking the table. Customer service is even worse. And if you're thinking you can get your money back. Sorry. Absolutely...
