I was coming from the Renaissance on Turtle Creek and honestly the interior is nicer that what I got at the Renaissance. I am a guy so real or fake wood floors don't make a difference to me. And the space you get for the price is wonderful. It is a peaceful abode with all amenities, at affordable cost. Just step out and you are steps away from best of the eateries, gas station, pharmacies/groceries, and excellent night life. Apartment complex ok but beware the penal towing policy should you forget to put your resident sticker in your car! The manager of the complex is happy to send you 10 miles to collect your car from an unsafe area of town & pay $200 for the privilege.Complex recommended not including the management.
