I have never had a bad experience with a Dr. before until now. WOW! This was a case of Abandonment of Care. She released me 2 weeks before my surgery because I voiced my frustration on my initial surgery date being cancelled. She did not provide me with another Dr. to go to, so I was in Pain without any direction on next steps.

Although I had to wait for the doctor to come into the exam room. It was a busy day for babies being born and she apologized. She took time to explain things well and was pleasant. The rest of the staff was great too.

My wife and I couldn't speak more highly of Dr. Willms and his staff. He has an extraordinary bedside manner in addition to his medical expertise! The care he shows for his patients (and their families) extends beyond being simply a doctor.

Unfortunately, she has really brought the practice down. She doesn't listen to patients and she lets you know that your thoughts, concerns and research are not worthy. I have left this practice after being a patient for over a decade - strictly because of her.

Im 22 years old and I had my first Pap smear done with her today. She was absolutely great. Very informative and she took into consideration that I was nervous. She gave me information about birth control and she made sure I was aware of what she was going to do during my Pap smear. I would give her 10 stars if I could. I absolutely love her
