UNPROFESSIONAL!!! After scheduling and appointment that was convenient for them, they didn't show up. After calling them I was told that they received another call that morning that took priority over ours ( even though we were scheduled a week earlier). They said they would come a couple of hours later. We waited....and waited...and WAITED! They never showed and never called and stopped...
