I think when the building got old enough, rather than renewing the building they changed the name from Radisson to the Park Plaza Hotel. The building is quite old, there is a bad smell everywhere, and nothing looks clean. There was a leakag...

Every corridor, elevator and room has a distinct and offensive odor. Our room was frequently without towels and housekeeping never replenished our coffee. I got to take a cold shower one day becuase they didn't have hot water. Don't plan on driving there as their parking is insanely expensive and 4 blocks away. Oh yeah -- our room overlooked a beautiful brick wall!

My worst travel experience ever. I PREPAID for 4 nights via a package tour, but Radisson vastly oversold its rooms and I -- plus about 30 other people crowded into the lobby -- never got a room at all. Worse was staffer's utter indifference. They kept us herded in line TWO HOURS, past midnight --yet never announced they were sold out. We just stood and stood, without moving, while a couple desk clerks leisurely chatted with the first guys in line. We got no help in finding alternate lodging, no drinks or food while we waited -- nothing. We finally called around ourselves until we found a...
