This was the most incredibly horrible hotel I have ever seen! The hallway floor was all tore up (I literally took pictures because I want my money back! There was no hot water at all in the shower so forget a bath, and I let the water run long enough to get warm even in winter time! On the day we were checking out, the Kansas City health department had closed the spa area (swimming pool and hot tub) pending repairs. We had swam in the pool the night before, so this came as a surprise.

The staff was very friendly, especially the lady who drove us to the airport. The bathroom had many long curly black hairs in it and cob webs behind the door.
